3DPC
An additive manufacturing company in Yokohama, now trading as MadeHere, building a digital supply chain for aerospace, defence and industrial clients across Asia.

The brief
3DPC was preparing a growth financing round. The technology and the client list were strong, but the story was written for engineers, and many of the investors it needed knew little about the sector.
The question
How do you make a manufacturing business with three revenue streams, hardware, engineering and a software platform, clear and investable to someone outside the industry?
What we did
- Investor questions
- A structured set of questions to draw out the business: problem, solution, traction, model, landscape, growth, team, financials and use of funds
- Deck model
- A new structure for investors new to the sector: the overall picture first, then the opportunity
- Growth strategy
- The growth plan broken into phases, each with its own rationale, use of proceeds and forecast
- Investor deck
- Plain language that keeps the technical substance, global reach mapped, competitors tabled and the exit set out clearly
The outcome
A growth financing deck that leads with the problem being solved, makes each revenue stream clear to a non-specialist, and ties every phase of growth to the use of proceeds.
